For the last month my back has been bothering me. I would have thought it was my working out, but I had stopped working out when everyone got sick. It got much worse and I ended up going to the Dr. I was glad I didn't put it off. They wanted me to go to Physical Therapy but I seem all find now and I really don't think Physical Therapy is worth it. So - last night I finally went to start working out. I can't find my HRM :( So I spent the rest of the night looking for it. Never found it - and never worked out. I have my old watch, but the batteries are dead, so I wanted to bring it with me to get fixed after work (but I forgot it). Hopefully tonight I can do more searching and find my watch. Even if I don't find it - I am going to start again.
I was doing Body Beast and since I've been off for a month I wondered if I should start over. I think I'm just going to start over at Part 2. Part 1 is supposed to get you set up for Part 2 and I don't feel like I need that again. Part 2 is more intense.

I decided to start a blog. Sometimes my posts on Facebook not everyone needs or wants to see, so a blog works better I suppose - even if just for me to look at ;) I get many requests for recipes that I use, so I started with a Keagan foods page. I make many foods that he can't have, so I'll update it as I go. It will work for me to find things as well - since I tend to forget to bookmark my favorite recipes and lose them - or I can't remember if that is the recipe I used or not. I recently lost my banana bread recipe and couldn't find it online, so I used a similar one. I got better reviews on that - so good thing I lost mine (I think I liked the other one better, but I'm outnumbered).
I'm sure I'll post other things on here...like my fitness progress. Baking and fitness are my two main passions. Maybe some will feel that is why I'm overweight. However - I rarely eat what I bake - so that isn't the case. I've been baking more and working out less lately - but hope to remedy that soon. I was nursing a back injury and just lack of time - but hopefully tonight I will finally work out again....I certainly feel better when I'm working out every day.
